I currently work as a high school science teacher at Harper Creek High School. I am currnetly teaching General Biology, Anatomy and AP Biology, but have taught a variety of science courses over the past seven years. My previous educational experiences include student teaching at Kalamazoo Central High School and teaching a chemistry course at Western Michigan University. Basing educational decisions on actual student data may represent an effective educational strategy. So I am taking the course. On the personal side, I live in Kalamazoo with my youngest daughter, 2 dogs and 1 cat.
I agree with you Emily, basing decisions on evidence (as I'm sure you teach students to do doing labs) can be an effective strategy. Welcome!
